Split Jumps

Raise your heart rate and build your quads with split jump plyometric exercise.

Instructions:

  1. Step into a deep lunge with the front knee bent and pointing straight over your toes. The back knee should be nearly touching the ground.
  2. Pressing through both legs, jump as high as possible. Swing your arms to gain lift and bring your feet together.
  3. Land in a lunge position with your opposite foot forward using your quad strength to absorb the impact.
