Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:

1 bag of Broccoli
1 tbsp Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce

Additional Ingredients:
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat Broccoli in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and place in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce; stir until coated evenly and top with Parmesan cheese.
