Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
2 Egg Patties + 1 Breakfast Sausage

Additional Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
Hot sauce and/or taco seasoning, to taste
Salad greens
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Shredded cheese
Salsa (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 2 Egg Patties + 1 Breakfast Sausage in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and slice into small pieces.
  2. Combine mayonnaise with hot sauce and/or taco seasoning and then mix in sliced egg patties and sausage.
  3. Place mixture onto bed of salad greens, then sprinkle with cilantro and shredded cheese. Top with salsa or salad dressing of choice.
