Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Chicken breast of your choice

Additional Ingredients:
1 avocado, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 tbsp minced red onion
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Heat your selected chicken breast in the microwave, then remove from steamer bag and shred or slice into small cubes.
  2. Place in a bowl and cool in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, add mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, red onion and garlic powder. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Add avocado by gently stirring into the bowl.
