Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Broccoli Florets
Colby Jack Cheese Stick

Additional Ingredients:
¼ cup ranch
2-3 tablespoons chopped bacon
2-3 tablespoons chopped red onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat broccoli in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  2. While broccoli is heating, chop the Colby Jack Cheese stick, bacon, and red onion.
  3. Remove broccoli from bag and pour into a bowl. Add cheese, ranch, bacon, red onion, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
