Adobo Chicken Salad with Fresh Queso

Try this lovely Adobo Chicken Salad for a south of the border flair.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Adobo Chicken Breast, chopped
1 Bag of Green Beans

Additional Ingredients:
Mixed Greens
Fresh Queso, crumbled
Fresh Lime, cut in half
Pepper to taste
 

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Adobo Chicken and Green Beans through.
  2. While your food is heating, fill your plate with the mixed greens. Chop the Adobo chicken and nestle it on top along with the Green Beans.
  3. Sprinkle the queso over top, then squeeze the lime over the salad add pepper to taste.
