Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
2-3 Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks

Additional Ingredients:
Mini peppers

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut mini peppers open by making a vertical slice down one side of the pepper and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut each cheese stick into 3-4 pieces and place each piece inside a mini pepper.
  3. Microwave until cheese is melted and enjoy!

Amanda has two children under 4, works full time, and is engaged to be married. After having her second child, she constantly struggled getting any weight off and her weight crept up to 197 pounds.
