Teriyaki Broccoli Bowl

A Personal Trainer Food favorite, this flavorful dish is sure to please! With almost no preparation required, it’s a perfect go-to meal for a busy evening.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
2 Teriyaki Chicken
1 bag of Broccoli Florets

Additional Ingredients:
Sesame Seeds
Red Pepper Flakes

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bags and cut into bite sized pieces.
  2. Place Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Stir in desired amount of sesame seeds and red pepper flakes and serve.
