Choose any of the following…

  • Breaded Chicken Patty
  • Garlic Herb Chicken Breast
  • Mesquite Grilled Chicken
  • Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast
  • Mozzarella Stick

Additional Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
Optional: 1 tsp bacon bits

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Personal Trainer Food Chicken item of your choice in the microwave.
  2. Once heated, place on a plate and top with sauce and cheese. Heat in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
