Cauliflower Rice

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1-2 bags of Cauliflower

Additional Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 Lime, juiced and zested
1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Heat the cauliflower in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and place in a bowl.
  2. Mash the cauliflower with a kitchen masher until it is broken down into small pieces.
  3. Stir lime zest and juice, cilantro, and butter into mashed cauliflower until blended.
