Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sticks

Additional Ingredients:
1 large handful mixed greens
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ jalapeno, diced
2 tbsp ranch dressing

Instructions:

  1. Heat Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sticks in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and slice into small rounds.
  2. Place mixed greens in a bowl and add sliced Chicken Sticks, bell peppers, and jalapeno. Top with ranch dressing.
